Founder & Managing Partner
Hi there,
I am Martín, the Founder and Managing Partner of Kosha Talent Group. I’ve spent over a decade placing high-quality talent at cutting-edge technology companies like Airbnb, Faire, and Dropbox. From pre to post-IPO capacities, I have scaled hiring for several functions through hyper-growth and have built my own recruiting teams. Most recently, I was at Faire leading a world-class talent team that owned Product, Design and Strategy & Analytics hiring.
In more than half of my career, I’ve focused all of my efforts on product. In partnership with some of the greatest product leaders and executives in our industry, I have created an unmatched method of identifying top performers who bring immediate and long-term value to product teams. I have directly placed product managers who have gone on to be CPOs and Executives at leading consumer tech companies, redesigned hiring plans and processes to enable sustainable hiring at scale in both early and later-stage companies, and everything in between.
All of these deep experiences in various hiring scenarios allow me to build custom hiring plans and solutions for product teams. I will be your strategic hiring partner where we can work together to maximize impact for your teams, and of course, have some fun throughout our journey.
